Prior to forming Gate House, the founding partners managed the major mortgage insurance programs at HUD, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and the GSEs, including FHA’s 8 million, $1.3 trillion loan portfolio and Fannie Mae’s 18 million, $3 trillion securities portfolio. They have also oversaw the nation’s Public and Indian housing programs, as well as disaster recovery grant programs at the federal, state, and local levels.
